Post-session recap — a short email sent to you after every session covering what we worked on, what your student did well, and one thing to reinforce at home before the next session
Monthly progress update — a written report summary at the end of each month documenting the skills we targeted, the progress your student made, and what we're building toward next
Intake assessment & learning plan — completed at enrollment; a written snapshot of where your student is, where they're going, and how we'll get there
Semester portfolio — at the end of every semester (every 3 months), your family receives a compiled document of your student's best work, the educator's written narrative of their growth, and a forward-looking plan for the next semester
